Yes you shall be surely eligible for Industrial engineering courses MTech at NIT or IITbased on GATE Metallurgy Engineering exam scores. 

You can also choose to appear for GATE ME paper which will be applicable to all core courses at IIT and NIT under GATe.

Over all.... You have to score 75%or above in your 12th  with at least five subjects and PCM MUST /compulsory....

Yes students from any recognised board are eligible for appearing CLaT for LLb Courses. Forbdegree graduate its 45%aggregate marks for LLb. 

For LLm courses eligible criteria is minimum 55% in graduation aggregate.
