From state quota you can get seat in NMCH Nalanda for sure. PMCH is tough but possible to get. Now for All India Quota you can try in some top to mediocre level colleges of various states.

Since you have not mentioned your category , considering you to be of general category , the cutoff marks in the year 2018 was 469 for Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute , Lucknow with the closing rank of 4362. This cutoff is for 85% State quota seats.
