Yes it is possible to get seat through All India Quota in some great colleges. You can attempt getting a seat in Colleges like KGMC Lucknow and almost all the top colleges of most of the states.

The exact marks can't be know until the last allotment is not released.
But one thing is for sure and that is that cut off will be higher than last year because paper was easy and students scored a lot better.

This time EWS quota is being implemented for the first time, it may give you some margin which may help you in getting a seat but it may be riskier at the same time.
