Well with this rank you can get a deemed university but the fee structure would be definitely high.
Some colleges where you can get are Shri laxmi narayan, Arupadai veedu medical college, Santosh medical college, Sri balaji medical college etc.
However fees would be within 20-25lakhs/annum.

You don't have a good score in NEET 2019. If you belong to the general category then you cannot get MBBS in both government and private colleges. If you belong to any category like SC or ST then you have some chance of getting MBBS in private colleges.

Yes it is possible!
Medical colleges of Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Bihar, West Bengal, etc are easily possible to get. You may not get top colleges like KGMC but still there are other better government colleges in which you will get a seat.

You have got very less marks in neet So you should definately take a drop if you want to go into a medical college.As far as institute are concerned,Aakash and Allen are good institutes as they have shown results also but the main thing is self study.

The seat allotment procedure by MCC for neet aspirants is basically done in two types as All India Rank and 15% of All India Quota. If you are from a unreserved category it is quite impossible to get a government medical seat but for some reserved category there
