Last year candidates who had scored 16% marks were allotted government Colleges medical seats. So probably the same may happen this time also. Hope for the same as it would be good for many students. And yes one more thing, last year NRI seats remain vacant so eventually

It seems that you forgot to mention the college  which you intend to join. Anyway, if you want to pursue MBBS then you have to take NEET exam whether you want to pursue it from any government college or any Private college. Hope this clears your's doubt.
