Hello,
If I consider previous years data, then there are no chance for you to land up in government medical college under A I Q. You can try under state quota. You may get some dental college.

Hello,
As you mentioned with SC category and 415 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are quite high.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).

if you have not filled the form of JEE in 2019 i.e you have not filled the form 2 times of JEE and you have 75% in your 12th of CBSE boards or you are in top 20 percentile  of your respective boards, then you are eligible for JEE advance
