In AIQ, All India Quota councelling you can select as many colleges in mbbs and bds as you want. There is no holds barred. Although filling in their list does not guarantee your career in the medical stream.
Apply for councelling and wait patiently till the merit list

If you consider last year trend then you can get BRK Medical College Jagadalpur, but i think it will be a little bit difficult as last year the cutoff was around 530 in Round 2 and to your horror it was the minimum for any college in Chattishgarh.
