Hi Teja,
I would like to tell you that unless or until you do not register for state quota counselling, you will not be able to know your state rank.
When you register for state quota counselling then a merit list is prepared based on the rank of the students and then a list of students is made mentioning their AIR as well as state rank.
So you should register for your respective state counselling.
