239 is too low a score to get any course in medical field in sc category. The cutoffs generally ranges from 470-480.This year there is a high chance of increase in the cutoff marks. So its very difficult to get any course with this rank in your state.You can try

                As you can't use Indian Rupee in the US, because you need Doller for that, here also it's the same. Because you're a resident of Delhi, it means you have got a domicile of Delhi. Not of Maharastra. Then how can you apply at colleges in Mumbai with State

          NEET appeared candidates from Telangana cannot appear in counseling of Andhra Pradesh since they don't have the domicile of that state. But definitely, they can take admission in colleges of Andhra Pradesh by NEET All India Counselling which holds 15% seats of all colleges.

I wish you had given your rank, your  category and your home state in the question. With your marks it is not possible to get admission in mbbs (if you are from UR category) as the cutoffs are expected to go as high as 520 this year in most

congrats for a great score in neet and but according to me you will not get easily any government medical college in rajasthan as the trend of cutoff of last year's but can get admission in any other state or in private medical colleges in rajasthan.

As per previous year cutoff the estimated cutoff will be 520 marks this year

For patna medical college and hospital the fees will be 7600/ per annum for 3 years and 4600 for the fourth year
