Since cutoff has increased this year you have less chances of getting a government college but in St category you may get dental colleges in mop up rounds but that too is not sure.

sorry to say at this score tier 1 and tier 2 colleges are not possible.
if you go for tier 3 colleges , you will not find any good placement. however every colleges have some management quota, you may try there.

No state other than your domicile state will allow you to sit for counselling for 85% state quota government seats. If you want to take the benefits of state quota seats then you will have to sit for counselling in your respective state.But you are allowed to attend
