If you wish to leave the seat that you had joined in haryana medical college through 2nd round of neet counselling then, you have to write an application regarding this to your college's dean and as soon as he/she accepts it then you have to submitt aroind 7.5

Yes, there is a reserved seat for freedom fighter quota. Around 30% of seats are reserved seat quota (SC/ST/OBC and many others). The total number of seats are 726 in which 359 is for general category student. And others are for reserved category.
