Dear Bindu,  NTRUHS hasnt released any official notfication regarding Mop up Round. The unfilled, vacant seats from the Central Pool need to be transferred back to the State and the State needs to draft the Seat matrix also including the vacant seats from State Counselling rounds. It might happen anytime

Dear Nicy, if you haven't joined the allotted college after Round 1, it means you have forfeited your seat and you now have no seat offer at hands. So you are eligible for AP State Mop up round. NTRUHS hasnt released any official notification regarding Mop up round yet. The

Dear Brahmani, while the official website mentions that it is mandatory to pay all the prescribed fees in the form of Demand Draft alone, it doesnt mention that it needs to be necessarily a Nationalised Bank. But its always advisable to get the DD from any Nationalised Bank drawn in
