Hi,

The abbreviation SAC stands for "seats available for candidates". Students that opt for an upgradation would vacate respective SAC seats in each category.

While ,the term UROP stands for "unreserved open category".

As per eligiblity criteria of NEET.

You must have at least 50% in PCB for general OBC/SC/ST its 40% and for PwD its 45%. If you want to appear for AIIMS then at least 50% in PCB and Overall 60%. So if you qualify this Eligiblity criteria then

If you meant to ask about AP Mopup round, the official notification will be released sometime in August by NTRUHS. The DGHS has to transfer all the unfilled, vacant seats back to the State. And NTRUHS will make a fresh list of the availabe seats and then release the notification.
