Therr are 2 things to it. You cannot change your Category amid the process of admission and Counselling. Once you select a particular Category in NEET application, you cannot make any changes later. This is because once the results have been released the merit list is prepared based on the Category you selected during NEET application form. And the admissions are.conducted based on the merit list. Apart from going with this flow, you cannot really change your Category later during admission and counselling stages.
And with a score of 131, you cannot get a MBBS seat because the score is too low and the cut offs have gone way higher this year.

I am trying to take admission in foreign medical university. With cast 109 is cut off. Am I eligible for this??
For admissions in a foreign University, you need to qualify against your Category. With your score you are qualified and you can initiate the admission process.
But even for applying abroad, the Category cannot be changed.
Thank you very much for you're valuable advice. But still to confirm I m asking can i proceed for admission.? I was not ok at the time of NEET. But I m a hard worker student throughout. And I dont waste my 1year.Please reply
I dont want to waste*
Your NEET score is valid for 3 years. Now to apply for Medicine abroad, you need to qualify in NEET. And I want to gemtly remind you that mere applying doesnt guarantee one an admission. So choose your colleges wisely because the applications cost you dearly. The foreign universities consider your over all academic track. So even if your NEET score has been less, its your overall academic track, letter of purpose that can make a difference. Please visit the official website of the University that you want to apply for. Check their criteria and proceed ahead. Colleges have Swptember and January intakes mostly and you need to start preparing atleast a year before.
