You should take the seat if alloted to you in ALL INDIA QUOTA 2nd round , if aftersometime you will get a good college through state counselling , you can withdraw the seat alloted through AIQ second round. Because without withdrawing , you cannot take your original documents

If the seats for reserved category are left vacant then those seats would be allotted to the general category or any other category candidates who are present at the time of admission .

Dear student, there is no SC quota seats in management quota in any of the private colleges in India.  These are the paid seats for which the private colleges charge donation and extra amount on yearly fees. You can only get the reservation if you apply via public seats.
