Hello aspirant,

For getting a government seat, one have to score 500+. I'm afraid, considering your marks, you won't be able to get a government seat. You could although try for private colleges or even semi government.

As this year competitions have been increased a lot when compared to last year.

Based on your score and this year cutoffs you won't be able to secure a seat under all india quota but you do have chance so getting admission in government medical college under all state quota but still It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff

I am sorry to tell you but with 343 marks one cannot get a seat in government medical college even if he is from reserved categories like sc or st,  not even under state quota.
So I suggest you to prepare again for neet and clear
