l have got just 175 marks then if any option there to join sibar dental clg for bds

So, with 175 marks you have no chances of getting this college.
As it is a private college, you can go for management quota seats in it. But fees would be more than 40 lakhs for these. Contact college directly for these seats.

There is not any option. The only seats you can try for is management quota seats. You have negligible chances for anything else. You have not mentioned you state and category so i am assuming you of a general category candidate. Do try for management quota seats. Or you can drop this year and prepare for next year.
