I am sorry to tell you but you have no chances of getting an MBBS seat in government or private college through NEET UG 2019. If you are dedicated to get a seat, drop a year and appear in the examination again next year. I hope this information
You have not mentioned any detail so how it's possible to know. Mention the name of college , your score and your domicile. Then only we will be able to answer. Moreover most of the private colleges had fees over 2 lakhs. Only government colleges have low fees

The candidates eligible for for Mop Up Round are-
a) who are registering for the first time.
b) who have registered but not been allotted a seat in Round I & Round II.
c) All candidates except those who are holding a seat of Round I or Round

Admission is also higly dependent on Caste Category too.
Looking at the previous years' cutoffs, you can get a government medical seat in UP in colleges like Sarojini Naidu Medical College, Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College, etc. only if you hold a reservation certificate like SC or ST.

You only need to write the name of that medical college.
For example- Suppose you are filling for Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, Bangalore then in the form, it should be written only "Bangalore" and for Mysore Medical College, Mysore, it should be "Mysore".

You mentioned that you belong to general category and and have a score of 457. From All India Quota you don't have much chance of getting a seat. The cutoff of government colleges from All India Quota is above 500 as seen from previous year cutoffs. This year

According to the cutoff ( after all rounds of counselling) for general category under state quota of Karnataka in 2018 was 368 marks.
So you have chances of getting MBBS seat in second round of counselling but chances are not very high.
