Well you have to admit you have very low marks. You have low chances to get any Government College. But with ST Category Quota seats, you might get these Government colleges under 15% All India Quota-
Patna Dental College & Hospital, Patna (low chance).
HP Government Dental College & Hospital, Shimla (low chance).
