And according to neet criteria you should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31 December 2019.

Unfortunately it isn't possible if we relate with NEET 2019 cutoff marks for government colleges under 15% All India Quota seats in Round 1. You have very low chances to get any Government colleges at this rank for the time being. You can look for some Private Colleges though
