Iam sorry to say this but with this score it is extremely difficult to get into any of the medical college as your score is very less when compared to the cutoffs of different colleges.

Yes ncert, aiims explorer and ntg 25 years are best for the aiims and neet entrance exam preparation. 

You just have to read ncert books with understanding word to word meanings. And then you have to solve physics and chemistry mcqs  on daily basis.
