Hi nimisha,
To be eligible for counselling in 85% seats in state quota you should have registered for the counselling process
And then you should have cleared the neet cut off.
And you should have madhya pradesh domicile certificate.
If you have all the above then you can apply for the neet counselling of your state and you will be able to get seat in your state quota on the basis of your marks.

- The Candidate must have qualified NEET 2019 to be eligible for NEET Counselling 2019 process and you must have secured the minimum required percentile setup by NTA.
- You must have registered for Counselling process.
- You must have submit choices in the counselling process to be considered at the time of seat Allotment.
