I didn't apply for Kerala neet counselling but I wish to join under mngmnt quota can I join by directly contacting the clg authority

Dear student, private college has category B seats which are known as management quota seats. Admission to these seats are not done via counselling, but the candidate must approach the college authority and inquired about the same. Note that you will be asked to pay a hefty amount as donation also.
