well that depends on what the rank of your dental college is in your state. if its rank is around 1st`or 2nd ,i.e, just below the medical colleges, then you have a chance to get upgraded to lower medical colleges, as the seats fill up in the order

hey dear, seeing this year's NEET UG cutoff which went very high that even the students getting 500 are worried about their colleges.So with this score you may have slighter chances of getting a BAMS seat in tamil nadu. So, stay connected to the couselling otherwise the other option is

Yes you can participate in Round 2. But you neednt register again because you have already registered. But because MCC has withdrawn its round 1 results, please wait until the Round 1 results are released. If you still do not get a seat you can select Deemed Universities as well

Neet ug exam till now has conducted offline only because there are huge number of students who apply for neet entrance exam every year and that much computer centres can't be provided to the students. 

Nta can change it in keeping the environment savage. It can be online mode

It is being said that from the year 2020 onwards neet will be conducted twice a year in two sessions.
The examinations will be held in two sessions i.e. in February and in may.
But there's no official announcement by the conducting authority i.e. by NTA.
