You cannot give NEET examination in 2019 and give your class 12th board exam in 2020.
To be eligible in NEET, either you should have completed your class 12th or should have appeared in class 12th boards in that particular year.

The cutoff marks fot the govt. medical institute in the west bengal state were 349 with the rank 122666 in Maldah medical college. So you can get the govt. seat easily if you apply through state quota counselling. You have many choices of the govt. institutes through your category reservation

till now the condition for maximum age limit to be allowed for neet is 25 years for UR and 30 yrs for OBC/SC/ST . no change has been introduced as of yet. if there is, then you will get to know.
