The provisional merit list for 1st round of counselling consists the names of only those registered students who have QUALIFIED for 1st round of counselling. There are a limited number of seats in the colleges and they are given away in order of those having the highest marks.

DU quota means Delhi University quota and it is for students who are domiciled from Delhi.

No, if a student has domicile of some other state he cannot be eligible for DU quota.

For Delhi Domicile eligibility, a student can get it if they complete their 1th and

One of my friend with 616 marks in general category got NMCH, Patna.

But you have the benefit of category and because of which you can get a seat because of that.

Well this year cut off is not out yet becuase of which it is not possible from our side to provide you with any details regarding the same.

Allotment is done but the cut off will be released as the counseling stops and admission process completes.

Hello aspirant!

If you get a seat after first round of counselling, you can choose the option float to go to another round and can choose freeze to reserve that particular seat and get admission in that college. No, if you want upgradation, your previous seat will not be reserved

if you have gotten allotted your preference 1 in the 1st round itself then you can't change it in the second round. if you had gotten 2nd or 3rd (for example) preference then you could have opted for upgradation in the second round to get your preferred college. but
