I scored 49.6% in PCB and my category is general am I eligible for giving NEET Exam or I have to give improvement exam?

Sanchit 22nd Aug, 2019
Hello Anchal,

Well, to elligible for NEET you need to score atleast 50% as if you are from General Category i.e. Unreserved Category (UR). So, if you have 49.6%, then I am sorry you are not elligible yet. Yeah you may or need to give improvement just to be elligible at least.

Thank you.

How to study state board and neet in only 3month

STUTI SHALMON MAZGAONKAR Student Expert 22nd Aug, 2019

Hello Gaurav,

If you are dealing with PCB, then you must keep habbit of reading state board text books periodically and simultaneously get on with NCERT text books for NEET Preparations. The chemical equations should be practiced daily corresponding with the theory. Start preparing your own short notes. Even go through the previous years question papers. Physics is a subject that should be an everyday routine. Its little tough for Bio students unless you are keen interested in the subject. Those numericals, derivations and theorems must be on hand. Let me tell you being myself Medical Biologist Maths is very important subject which now-a-days Bio students don't take into consideration. 3months could be managed if you give quality time. Biology textbooks should be read and understand. Preparing self notes and solving question papers will help  you a lot.
