i have scored 205 marks in neet 2019 can i get sardar patel college lucknow for bds?

AS I see your marks in NEET UG 2019 you have very less chances of get Seat in Deemed Or Private Universities Colleges.
Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges you have to score around 390 under AIQ & 380 under state qouta for Open Category.
You have even less chances to get any seat if you belong to any category under your state.
This Year The No. IF student which have Score above 480 marks are more then of last year. So getting seat is More difficult this year.

There are only 27k seats in India. In which 15% seats are under AIQ Qouta.
FOR getting seat in AIQ is Very Difficult if you are from state which have low no. Of College
You can Try for Paid management Seat in top Deemed Universities.

With the marks that you have mentioned you'll definitely get a seat in Saraswati Dental College, Lucknow and Sardar Patel Post Graduate Institute of Dental & Medical Sciences, Lucknow as last year least marks to secure a seat was 121 marks and 113 marks respectively. Talking of which remember that cut-off varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
