it is important to be thourough with your ncert syllabus.But it may not be enough

For physics and chemistry you may have to refer material from outside wheras for biology that is not needed.

With 422 marks and belonging to obc category you can get govt medical College in Karnataka only through state quota. As per previous year the minimum cut off of Karnataka for obc under state quota was 338 marks of Raichur institute of medical sciences. Here are few colleges

With 483 marks you can get medical college in Telangana under state quota only if you belong to reserved category obc/st/sc. If you are general then it is difficult to get govt medical college. You can get private medical college if you are general. As you have not mentioned

With 63% marks in class 12th you are eligible for neet. Eligibility criteria for neet exam is that a candidate must score aggregate of 50% if general and 40% if obc/sc/st in PCB/biotechnology in class 12th through a recognised educational board. So yes you are eligible for neet
