hey dear,seeing this year's cutoff which went very high it would be very tough for you to secure a goverment seat for mbbs.Even for state quota cutoff you need to score above 490.Thus, you can apply for private medical collges and get admission through management quota or through donation.

neet score is not necessary to get admission in nursing courses. eligibility criteria is Candidate should be a pass or appearing at 10+2 examination with at least 45% marks in aggregate (Physics, Chemistry & Biology taken together) and 40% marks in aggregate for SC / ST / OBC
