I understand your concerns for getting a seat but the catch here to understand is that your percentile isn't good enough to give you a government state level seat particularly in general category . Definitely not mbbs .

Well based on your rank, it might be a bit difficult to get seat as you've yourself mentioned there are only 156 seats and if your tank is 1478 then it'll be quite difficult.
But do not give up hope, try for other colleges.
