Well,yes you can apply for AIIMS PG after having completed your MBBS from any  Medical College recognised by Medical Council of India. The minimum eligibility criteria requires you to score 55 percent marks in MBBS and for SC/ST it is 50 percent marks.

As per the the Veterinary Council of India the AIPVT counselling will be conducted for filling the 15% All India Seats reserved in all the government colleges (except Jammu and Kashmir).
The rest 85% seats will be filled through state counselling .
