Yes U wud get the seat owing to the fact that u have Domicile as well as the SC category .... there is a gr8 chance u wud make it to one of the colleges.... just don't loose hope and go untill the mopups

You have not mentioned your category but yess you stand chances of getting into a government college .There might be thinner chances if you are from general to get a high ranked one as you are on the ebb but  yes you may get a chance you have

For applying to Maharashtra neet counseling, you must have the domicile of Maharashtra.

One can only apply to the counselling of a state if he has the domicile of that state. If you do not have the domicile of Maharashtra, i am sorry to say that you cannot apply
