I am a student from telangana.Can I apply for state quota counseling in other South Indian states

Dear Sridevi, to apply for any State Counseling, you need to have a domicile of that particular State. Or else State Counsellings are strictly confined to candidates who have the domicile of that particular State. In your case with a domicile of AP, you cannot attend State Counselling if any other State.
