Since you are asking for Uttarakhand that means you want to apply through all India quota.But for all India quota seats for MBBS your score should be minimum 550+.Also since you have a domicile of UP the cut off there too through your state quota won't fetch you seat

No Abhimanyu you have to pass 12th class completely otherwise you are not eligible for any college, so you have to clear your exam then you are eligible for taking admission in any college if you have good score in their particular entrance exam, so exam it.

I don't think scoring this marks (501) , you need to take a drop. Because this is your HARDWORK and dedication itself which has brought you a decent enough score. GMC Bhopal looks difficult at this marks to be honest, but you can go for GMC Vidisha or GMC Ratlam..
