The exam conducting body (SBI) has not prescribed any minimum percentage in order to appear for the exam. If you have completed your graduation (in any discipline) from a recognized university and fulfill the age requirement then you are eligible for SBI PO and SBI Clerk

Sorry to say but you have very low rank even if you apply for All India you won't be able to get a college.. But still if you feel like trying your luck you can just sit for the counselling procedure and check if in case you get any college

As per the eligibility criteria NDA, you must be between 16.5 and 19.5 years of age and you must also have appeared or appearing in class 12 (10+2) examination.

As per previous year cut off trend, your chances of getting a government medical college with a rank of 20843 in NEET in Jharkhand is quite low. If a similar cut off is seen. However  you could try for other paramedical courses if you want!

Yes, the ews reservations are applicable for neet 2019 counselling under both all india quota as well as state quota.

According to your ews category you will get a separate category rank with which you can apply in counselling to get the profits.
