No Rahul, its difficult to get any government college in 407 marks.. you need to score at least 450 plus in oder to get a government college you can however try for a private medical college pr a deemed university. Good luck.. Hope this helps..

As because this EWS category is newly introduced this year so it is difficult to tell anything regarding this. But as per the rules of other quotas, if you have already applied in the general category during neet registration then you are not allowed to change it further.
