GDPI
Hello Jon Snow,
Hostel and Paying Guests are the 2 facilities a students gets during his university/academic life.
hostel and paying guest both have their own advantages and disadvantages, let me explain them:
Hostel:- Being in a hostel will be beneficial for the students because it will be inside the college campus and also it will be easier to be in the campus.but then comes the food, the food in the mess is not soo good and also in hostel you need to do all your work on your own.the benefit of hostel is only that it is inside the college campus and the cost may also be less than paying guest.
Paying Guest:- paying guest has its own benefits because you can have your own space there, food will be of your choice, hanging out with friends will be easier.but it will be expensive than hostel and it will be outside the college campus.
choice is yours.
hope this may help you,.

Hello Aspirant!
As a part of ULSAT 19 counseling, the university conducts a group discussion and personal interview round. Candidates who qualify this are called for the final round of counseling and admission procedure thereafter.
As you have mentioned that you could not perform well in GD-PI round, there are still chances of getting admission there.
Past year experiences have shown that if a candidate performs well in the exam but is unable to to do well in the GD-PI , still he or she is considered for the admissions. Also it has been noticed that if there are vacant seats available with the university, then too admissions are offered irrespective of the performance in GD-PI but the first condition holds. Both the situations are practical enough to happen and increases your good chances of admission.
Hope this helps. All the best!
Hello
Gdpi is kind of a personal interview. It is not tough . It's more like self awareness. You should have basic etiquette of how to talk and express yourself. Your confidence and your set of communication skills will definitely increase or decrease your chances of getting selected. You may be asked to tell your favourite place from your home town or some visiting places at your hometown. They can also ask some general questions regarding elections as it is the trending topic right now. But be confident enough even when you don't know the answer just tell them the truth. Do not take help of lies.
Hello shiva,
An MBA degree is a lot to do about awareness of your surroundings, communicating them well and putting forth your viewpoints healthily and productively. A round of group discussion helps the panelists judge such aspects in the candidates. Important 7Cs of group discussion topics:
There are usually two types of topics given during GD round:
1.Intellectual:
-Good luck is the residue of strong preparation and execution.
-Peer pressure can make or mark your future.
- Mistakes are the portals of discovery etc.
2.Factual:
-Air pollution management in India
-Oil imbroglio on Iran, Implications for India.
