i think im late to respond you but in case if the councelling is still runnig there may be chances if you didnt attent on the given date.

as under certain rules in this year student can visit the counselling center in the period before the councelling dates

Hello Aditya Sharma,hope you are doing well.The counselling for  REC colleges is based on both the HPCET and jee merit .For each exam they consider different cutoffs and based on that they counsel the students.
