Is the counseling for REC colleges whose last date is 20 june, based on hpcet or jee main exam

Hello Aditya Sharma,hope you are doing well.The counselling for REC colleges is based on both the HPCET and jee merit .For each exam they consider different cutoffs and based on that they counsel the students.
