At this rank, you won't get CSE in HBTU Kanpur. Closing rank last year for CSE was 30,400(crl) for OBC candidates. I would suggest you to use college predictor so as to have a better view of all the options available to you.

Forget about qalifying, isuppose if GEN candidate is getting a 15k rank still, he have no chance to get a seat at IIT.

Wih this rank and your category you can get a lower rank NIT with branch of your choice.

But I would not recomend you to prefer these NIT's
