I appeared for upsee 2019 and belong from other state so during the counselling procedure my os ranking will be considered or gr rank?

Congrats on qualifying UPSEE 2019 (maybe with a good rak too).

During the counseling for UPSEE 2019,

For you , i.e OS student your All India rank (AI) will be the one on basis of which you`ll be allotted seats.

You general rank will not be taken into consideration there.

So , Your OS/AI rank will be the one considered and not GR(Genreral rank) .

Fill the allotment priority for colleges wisely.
