It seems that you forgot to mention the EXAM in which you have obtained this rank. But as per your rank there are mere chances that you would get a SNQ seat in CSE. Please mention the exam.

Dear student,

With 151, you cannot get a government seat of MBBS or BDS even if you have a hyd-kar qouta.

You have qualified NEET 2019, irrespective of your category hence you can easily get a paid seat           ( private seat under management qouta) with your score in any state

Since your neet score is very less you will not be able to get any  government or private college in MBBS at all 

As far as other courses are concerned you may get a fully paid bams or bhms seat in a private college at State level because
