Since your neet score is very less you will not be able to get any government or private college in MBBS at all
As far as other courses are concerned you may get a fully paid bams or bhms seat in a private college at State level because many a times their seats are left unfilled due to high fees.
So apply for the private college of whichever state you belong to.
