Hello! Since you have not mentioned your category i am assuming that  you are from general category ( unreserved category) and in order to resolve your query I would like to provide  cutoffs of some government colleges which provide admission on the basis of rank obtained in neet 2019 exam

But according to me you will not get admission in any government medical college in whole India but you can get admission in many private medical colleges and as you belong to st category you also eligible for subsidy in fees.
