You are right that HC Verma is not enough to score in JEE advanced because the difficulty level of exam is very high and you need very hard practice and conceptual knowledge to crack it( and not only cracking is enough you have to score good for IIT).

Since the JEE Main will be conducted two times a year, the official question papers will also be accordingly released twice. JEE Main question papers 2019 will be released as per the dates and slots when the online examination will be held.

Can we get 600 above in neet if we study for 20 days fully and other 20 day for revision and question paper solving??

Depends on what you have done the whole 365 days. If you have completed the syllabus atleast once, 40 days hard work would be sufficient for revision and you can definitely cross 600 plus.
But if you are starting from the very first chapter, then its practically impossible to secure

The NEET paper comes in English language by default. But if you have chosen Hindi then the paper will come in BOTH THE LANGUAGES - English and Hindi.
