In almost all colleges the required criteria is NMAT score. So need to worry more just apply to that particular colleges on the basis o your NMAT score(marks).

It is difficult to predict actual rank or JEE advanced qualify marks. you may calculate your expected rank by this formula

500+ NEET score doesn't assure you MBBS admission . Actually MBBS admission is done on the basis of NEET rank . Marks vary year by year and to be honest with a 500+ NEET score there is no chance of getting MBBS seat in all India quota
