Considering 2019 cut off trends your category rank must in top 5000 to get seat in Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad .So to get such rank your marks must be above 120 to be on safe side.And your percentile must be above 90 to get good rank

Your 12th marks have no bearing for securing a seat in MBBS in NEET. The factors that determine your chances in MBBS are your NEET score, Category and rank in the merit list. You did mention your Category and score but haven't mentioned the State that you hold the domicile

To get computer science in NIT you need more than 90 and around 94 to ensure computer science seat, as the cutoff for CSE is very high for even ST category.
If you score more than 90 percentile, you will get admission very easily in computer science branch
