Yes during document verification you will get problem as the date of birth on aadhar card and ssc memo is different. So before document verification you have to update your aadhar card date of birth as per your ssc marks sheet. There is one form to update your aadhar card date of birth you can fill it .

Your name and spelling should match in your all official documents and it should remain same in all your documents. As adhar card gives facilities to change our name address dob etc so you can change it online or visit addhar card center then get it corrected everything according to your marksheet. Otherwise you will be disqualified on the time of documents verification.
