After paying the Counseling fee when you visit the allotted college then the fees paid will be equal to total one year course fee minus the amount paid during counselling process. The fees will be for complete one year but it depends on college to college that in how many installments you can pay your fees. Dear Aspirant,

There is only 15% reservation for other state candidates in UPSEE colleges. Since your rank is too much high you may not be able to get admission in the colleges through UPSEE rank and moreover, CSE is the top branch so the chances again decreased for admission.

However, you could seek admission in Management seats as there are almost in every private college. Also, you could choose the branch of your interest in these seats also, but the fee may be high for these colleges.

The candidates have to apply via the online mode by filling the application form. The candidates could also register as EWS candidates and the candidates who had already registered before March 15th were also allowed to change their category to EWS.

Second better option is KIET . 

But it mostly depends on the branch you take up .

I would suggest you to go for IT branch in KIET. KIET has better placements as compared to AKGEC. The students of KIET are doing great in other activities also. After getting admission in KIET, if you want to go for a branch change in 2nd year, you can do that(you should have scored required marks in 1st year for change).
